To help new live chat users and support existing clients we built a help center that guide our starting and existing clients while using Knowler. The help center explains all the features of the software in text, picture and video. The help center explains the functionality of features, where to find them, how to use them and advises in what way to use them. Moreover, the help center consists of a FAQ that answers specific answers right away. In case of further questions, our live chat is available from 07:00-23:00 during the week and from 09:00-23:00 during weekends.
